I treat each and every client and the problems that they have with their dogs as individuals.  As with each dog owner, each dog has its own character and is also an individual and should be treated as such.  Every dog owner needs to EARN respect and cooperation from their dog as each dog will only take notice of someone it respects.

NO ONE METHOD WORKS FOR ALL DOGS AND ALL BEHAVIOURS

We need to consider the reason for the behaviour and be able to deliver the correct action at the RIGHT time and CONSISTENCY to resolve it. 

The One To One consultation will last approximately 3 hours. It is always better to see the dog in his own environment as this is where most behaviour problems begin and in some cases undesirable behaviour outside of the home becomes a result.  During the consultation we will discuss the behaviour displayed by your dog and also your interaction with him as this will most certainly impact on your dog. 

I will tell you why your dog behaves as he does as this will be the root of the problem and the reason for the troublesome behaviour.  I am a true believer in treating the cause before you can treat the symptoms and one sure thing about a dog is that it will always have a good reason for everything it does. 

You will be shown how to handle, with correct timing and consistency, any undesirable behaviour both INSIDE and OUTSIDE the home - your dog's environment is where he spends his time on a daily basis which includes the areas he walks in. 

You will be shown how to give your dog the clear signals that he needs to get on a daily basis to resolve and keep unwanted behaviour at bay - he will understand that any undesirable behaviour is now both unwanted and unnecessary.
